I've seen this problem countless times now.
I have no idea as of what can be done sorry :/..
What about if you just jump down and use your res stone to revive when you hit the bottom?

you can jump down and rez but you cant get up the second lift so it makes no sense to do it

In that case,
Theres only 2 solutions.
#1, Making a bug report on it, and hoping style fixes it.
#2 asking( NOT begging ) For a GM to accompany you on the quest and give you .ch fly to get up the second lift.

Ive asked some vips and they said that they will help everyone, and since i dont care anylonger just ask in the trade chat and hopefully a vip will help you. Or perhaps another gm but dont expect that since we have other things to do. Also ive noticed style about this and hopefully he will fix it soon, and if not fixed it will be when he import the new core he made.
