i need kill the lurker below but when i go i onli see it one time i try to hit it but i cant and he dead alone >:l and i go 30 times i reset the instance many times but nothing any GM repair it plz

You cant reset a raid instance. you have to wait for the raid lock to dissapear.(you can see it at raid info in raid window!)

You have to wait til' the Global instance Cooldown has reset 
This usually happens every Wednesday/Sunday
After that time has come, everything SHOULD be working normally.
