Hello, i would like to report that around 4:00-4:30PM (gmt -05:00) VIP Agile, put fly and speed on multiple non-God+ ranked players

2: Xthreatt naming off the two others who got Fly and Speed
3: The Warning To Agile.
4: Remaguiliflex Fly SS - cant see speed, since its a SS not video :/
5: I toke Ramaguiliflex's Speed and fly away
