PVP in doom circle

And the player argued cause i killed his priest a couple of times (she attacked me first, both times) but it was outside of the circle, and several GM's made it clear that pvp was allowed outside, but not inside.

no, didn't think i would need them, and I've logged a couple of times so my logs are gone.
