    The big thing on the bottom that includes map, bars, etc. is called SpartanUI, very nice addon, but I stopped using it a while ago for some unknown reason. The top of the screen with his character panel and target, is Xperl, which is another ui addon. The reason many people use xperl now on private servers is because you can show xp bar with it, which now goes away after level 80 on default ui.
