Character transfer.

Hello guys, I am the owner of the account named Merkman.
There are 2 level 1000's on that account, watchyaself lvl 1000 rogue (my cousins character)
and Merkage level 1000 hutner ( my character ).
I was wondering, if it is possible to transfer my character Merkage to my new account ?
Me and my cousin decided to share accounts because we only had 1 pc, But now we have 2 i need my hunter on a new account ..
is this possible ?
the new account name is: Merkage
If style or anyone could transfer my hutner, it'd be appreciated.
