Warlock Mana bug (can't cast) LvL 1000 realm

When trying to cast a spell it say 'not enough mana'
Ive got full mana on the ui I can see a full bar of mana (800k/800k)

What I tried so far
Relog, Restart
/console reloadui
Delete cache++WTF folders
Unlearn all talents
(new)I Unequipped every piece of gear

What I noticed
== Since around lvl 700 Ive got this bug.
== When it happen, I take a +10 level up and I can cast until I hit the next level but if server crash or I log out and relog in the bug is back.
== I notice also that when the bug is active, all spell that consume mana have no mana cost.
== Also I heard so other warlock said that they have the same bug

This is a bug which is similar to the melee bug, it is most likely because the stat bonuses you get from items are so great that your mana is affected. In game, try unequipping and reequipping one piece of gear at a time, casting one spell after each piece is reequipped. If it doesn't work then I have no idea
