Major Mana problem on my Warlock

Yesterday I was leveling my warlock "Photions" as usual and when I reached lvl 701 I went to Shattrath City and bought 3 lvl 700 items at the AH. Also I went to the website and got voting reward 3 times for Photions. The items was sent to me in mail and I got 2 rings and 1 neck, from voting reward quest-lady. After I had equipped all of the new armor and rings, there was no indication of anything beeing wrong with my mana, but I cannot use any spell, or even mount. My character only say "not enough mana" whatever I try. And all of the icons are dark.

So I took off all of my armor and weapons, but that did not help. still "not enough mana"

So I cleared my cache and restarted the game, but still "not enough mana"

So I did the fix c-error thing, but that did not help either.

I have tried all variations of using armor and taking it off.

My other chars, that uses mana, such as my Priest Glroria, has no problems.

It´s just Photions.
Hope you can fix it for me.
I will play my other chars in the meantime while you fix it.

And as always...I´m still waiting for the T9 armor for my warrior Clash. Hope you fix that also.

Well, Clonzo took me to Gm-island and set my mana, so it was working there, but after I teleported out of there, to Shattrath City, the same problem arrived. My mana went down from 999k to 4294. So I .appear at clonzo, to get it fixed again, and it worked after a fix. However, after leaving to another place, my mana went down again to 4294 mana and my char is saying "my mana is low" or "not enough mana"

Remi fixed it, it seemed. It was working with spells for a while. I was leveling for a while and then I changed char to Cruizer, my rouge. Today when I went online with my warlock, the mana had dropped again to the exact amount as it was when the problem started. So now I´m thinking to remake my warlock from start and get her back up to 726, as she is now. However there have been some donation dollars spent on her and my question is the following: Do I get coins of the same amount IF I make a new warlock?
