Administration request to draw attention

Dear Administration Server on my Realm lvl 255 under the login lol173 the selection of the world shows that there are 2 characters, but when I go there are none.
Can you fix my account, and write the reason of breakage.

I am afraid this was a server rollback. The servers occasionally malfunction and reset, the only way to fix it is to level again as there is no longer data regarding the state of the character. I will be glad to help you level again, whisper Lunarix.
