Kicking players for an empty ticket...

Hello...

Yesterday, when i was kicked out of the server, with an empty Ticket.
It wasn't an empty Ticket...
The ticket was:
Yea Remi, lets pray for Peace because, if 2 prays for that reason, our prayer will get better and better.
So if all of us Prays for Peace, then God will help us to get to a Peace world...

That's all, so i was kicked for that reason.
If the ticket is bugged, while everyone writing in it and you as a GM can see that ticket Blank, I'm sure that
the problem from a bug or something. Because mine wasn't empty at all, and I'm scared to re-write a new Ticket and get a new kick or maybe worst banning me for an empty ticket.

A ticket is supposed to explain your problem, that is not a problem that Remi can fix, he probably kicked you because "Sending empty/useless ticket" Which is a fair kick.

strange ticket I thought they are for problems?

I was the one to kick you wht heck is that for kind of problem?
