I can't rez in 255 or make a new Toon

Hi i'm new here and i need help. i was on the leveling road when the site crashed or DC whatever you call it lol when i came back on i was falling through the sky in a different location. i can't rez and i have looked on the web site to see if i can res my toon but there is no function for that, and if its in the player tools then thats not working. Also i try to make a new toon in 255 but it keeps DCing when i click to make my toon. Whats going on Plz help me. My toon i need Rezing is called Tats P.S is there in game commands in 255 so i can rez myself???

Hmm i tried #rescue #rez #ress #res and nothing is working and i have written a ticket and that has not been seen too, did the ticket early morning UK time. I'm now starting to get a bit fed up with it. So plz someone plz help.

Just signed on to my toon Tats and i am still dead and I'm located at Hammerfall? and i can't talk in chat as im dead.??? I see everything in black and white.
