Lost Char Reports

Lost all of my chars, 4 level 1000's. 6 lower levels. VIP account. Multiple donor items.

USERNAME = tommy123

Char name = BRUINS level 1000 hunter.

Char name louise = level 1000 paladin

Char name = Lockey Warlock. Forgot 1 level.

I have 2 other level 1000's, a shaman, and a druid. I forgot their names, since i rarely play them. Is it possible you can do a restore?
