    why many ppls on server use spells without cooldown ?! Horecik - warrior without aoe spell cooldown, Desire - archer with spammable heartstone and spells, Miriana - rogue use vanish without cooldown, Milikaa - druid or shaman with spammable spells and more more ppls, its legal ? maybe any gm use cooldown command ? pig

    The NO cooldown and No casttime are disabled now.Only GM's and VIP's can use them.So none have it anymore.
