Reporting GM Tinytoe

I was playing yesterday and some idiot started abusing tradechat i told him to stop it and he got kicked and i got ban for 1d
To Tinytoe: Man you are not allowed to ban VIPs at all before u get admin permission here is quote

-you will not directlly ban VIP's, the VIP ban will happen only at the admins request, or after you posted here on forum , solid proofs (screenshoots preferable)

so plz pay attention u can't be GM if u don't know rules

First of all.. i can ban a vip when you abuse your powers like you do.. NO Vip is allowed to jail.. and i know you jailed a player for somthing wich he havent done becouse i was looking right at you . so please dont play holy.

Aint my problem that when you Jail som1.. that you logout right away.. but your name was quite easy to rember so i just waited.

and please Dont try to teach me about the rules.. atleast i know them.
