im not sure why this isnt working but ive tried logging,Exiting the game and stuff and its not working.This might might only be my problem but check it just incase.

If you for example hade been lvl 59, and trying to hit a lvl 70 you wount recive XP, couse mobs that are 11 levels above you wount grant you XP, but if your 60, you should recive XP from lvl 70 mobs, but not 71 and higher until you ding 61 and so on, i have leveled 5 chars over 200+
