    Don't know why ppl won't learn their lesson. Killing me at low level and then CC'ing me after being warned that I have SS.

    My advice when getting cc'd is try to get video. The pic indeed shows you dead with an opposing faction member hovering over you... but says nothing about them actually killing you, specifically a number of times. If Rayo did kill you, then yes, Rayo deserves punishment.... A GM will have to decide this.

    Regardless of a CC or not, it's still against the rules to kill a level lower than 80. If you're a high level and have fun killing lower levels with starter gear, then you really are a noob and deserve the punishment you deserve.

    I guess they do it to feel all big and bad.. can't kill somebody their level, so they pick on the low levels.

    Or you could open combat log next time to show proof that it was him who killed you and not a mob or something
