Banned for nothing

Banned for trade chat spamming, because I asked if it is a GM on. It was a problem with geoda, I fall on the ground, and I could do nothing.
Before he banned me, I so 2 ppl consecutive spamming the trade chat and he didn`t do nothing, but me asking for help(no lvl, no items) just for a bug, no, he banned me.
I didn`t do a ticket because, I wanted to be warped into a town something.

1st rule is to make damn ticket if its so hard to make a damn ticket, and the gm to answer you in 2 mins, then its nothing i can do!But instead of doing a job that takes less then 1 minute (making a ticket) you prefer to spam a chat that is for TRADE ONLY!
