If you are muted, then only that GM can unmute you.

If you got muted then you got muted for a reason and that reason will always hold ...

When you get unmuted is a harder question, we will have to check the db for that, but if it was serious enough you will get muted forver.
If what you did is that bad, you will get unmuted when your duration run out, if you dont get unmuted by tommorow or something, i will talk to an admin.
