Pvping in Event place

Hello i just wanted to report a player that trying to kill me everytime i do the Stairs event check the Screenshots

Ehh.... it happens sometimes. Some players don't know/read the rules before they register. I've seen players get killed at that event, and most of the time, the person doing the killing doesn't even speak English.
