Whats the Realmlist for Test Server?

On the main website I can see that the test realm is online. My question is, why isn't it appearing in my realms?

Does the test server have its own realmlist? What is that realmlist?

It is in a diff tab on ur realm - look at bottom of ur list where it says,

Development - and something else - look in both.

or for the Actual "Test Server" Style setup go to WoWHeroes.no-ip.org <--this is a WarStyle Test Server And Not Advertising.

That website doesn't work for me. My firefox gives me the error "Problem loading page."
