hmm admin plz

i need an admin plz i donated for a coin 11hours or so ago and still not got it clonzo said make a dispute on paypal which i did some1 then i was told to cancle the dispute and i will get the coin so i did that but not got a coin on my paypal my name was spelt wrong its NemesIs and who ever sent me the mesg it was spelt Nemesis which thats not my name need an admin to give my coin and change my name for me plz

Did you donate to the correct character?

i put NemesIs and when i got the mesg back on paypal the person that sent me the mesg put Nemesis but that wrong so maybe thay sent it to a diffrent toon and i dont have it

admin its been 3 days now not seen you on the server had no replay on here i even emailed style and got nothing back been waiting and waiting but nothing please help me on this problem

Topic not closed i donated for a coin on 11/5 and still havent recieved mine yet.

I am having the same problem with receiving the God's Punishment I donated for 2 days ago. GM told me to post on forum and it would get resolved. Got no response that way, so I went to paypal and opened a dispute regarding non-receipt. I WAS planning on donating further but those thoughts are quickly diminishing with the lack of helpfulness and the lack of resolution of this first donation of $60.00 USD.

The admins are almost never on the forums, when i see Kop on or perhaps style i will tell them to check this out, in the meanwhile i want you all to make a dispute
1. Close your first one
2. Open a new one.
3. Open a ticket in game and wait patiently.

well it seems like the admins arent spending too much time in game either or they would be sending the items

Donations are supposed to be going automaticly but for some reason they dont, ive tried it 2 times now and everytime i did it worked out perfectly.
So i think you guys do something wrong. Tho im not sure.
Just wait and as soon as i'll see an admin on i will wave him your way.

I got a message from Tudor Sorin saying that a gm would enable 2-hand, titan grip and sword so shaman can use it. Regardless if it is OP for lowbies, it is the most expensive donation and should be enabled for all levels to use, since there is no mention of any type of restriction for use in the description of the donation for God's Punishment.

Of course, the fact that I still have not received the weapon pretty much makes all this a moot point anyway. It would be nice to finally get this for "Ynotu" my shaman.

Guys it takes time style is not here to rip you off something is wrong or you are doing something wrong just wait and your problem will be sorted I waited about 3days and then it got sorted surely you can wait I could just give them the time that need to get it done

I've waited 5 days and still waiting. I am sure you are right about Style not here to rip us off, but the gm's and admin's should be able to get together to keep everyone informed as to what to do in these cases. I've been told 3 different things to do, which keeps me going in circles.

Yeah we know it sucks, but style have never been good on communication. But i talked to Amelith about donations and she will tell style, so hopefully you will soon have it.
Also i will talk to kop wich have a better english than style to start informing the community, and i will also suggest to him that he starts hiring some forum mods wich will be informed about whats going on most of the time.
