isnt there something about no pvp against players under 80? i've heard quite a few people complain about that, not sure if its a rule though

Well, I believe it may be for the players that are above level 80 already.
"Quackle" is Level 69. I'm not able to see Roguemen's level.
Don't know if you cannot PvP at the PvP zone if you're both under level 80.
But if Roguemen is over level 80 then I believe that is against the rules.
Judging by the amount of total damage done against you, 9,365 + 33,389 = 42,754 damage.
That seems like an awful lot of damge from the Rogue AoE that is only obtained AT level 80.
From the combat log I could guess that you just res'd and were killed immediately afterwards.
But anyway, you and Quackle could have had a good PvP battle going. Roguemen should have not gotten involved.
Roguemen should not have killed you. You are under level 80 and therefore an illegal target for them.
