Hello all and welcome to WarStyle Servers & Forum.As a World Of Warcraft server and as a community please try to consider the rules from this section, when you post in forums or play on the server!
Forum rules:
By using our forum you agree to be bound by and comply with any and all applicable laws, regulations, ordinances or others. Topics, Posts, replay's MAY NOT contain any of the following, including but not limited to:

1.1 Topic's Rules
# No spamming (Penalty: 6 moths/1 year/lifetime ban)
# No personal attacks/Insulting behavior/language (Penalty: 6 moths/1 year/lifetime ban)
# Make sure you post in the right area and keep the posts on topic.
# Do not discuss illegal activities.
# Check that your question has not been answered anywhere else on the site. Use the search feature.
# Make sure you have read through the thread before you post a reply.
# Choose an appropriate subject line. A good subject line would be "JA‐News does not rotate" instead of "Please help me".
# Include as much information as you can when seeking help. Nobody will be able to help you if you don't give sufficient details
# Thank those who help you. This makes the community stronger.
# No "mini‐modding" (where you pretend to be a moderator, and/or tell others to delete/change their posts, or that you will ban/unban/level/delevel chars, give items, check for things normally available only to staff)
# Moderation of the forum and/or any actions taken on server, are at the discretion of the moderator or staff
1.3 Signature Rules
# Must be setup in your Profile (on profile page) , and not manually added to your messages.
# May NOT contain any pricing, sales, product etc. details. (spam)
# May include up to 2 clickable links. URL's or mailto: ‐ No duplicate links
# Must be kept to a maximum of four lines (at 1024 resolution).
# May not contain links for the purpose of self promotion
# Your signature is your signature. It is not for sale or rent.
# Any signature or avatar that is offensive or insulting to either us, our members, or our staff, are prohibited.
# We reserve the right to ask you to change and/or remove your signature or avatar at any time, for any reason
Please remeber that the language used in our forum is ENGLISH.Any other language used will cause the topic to be DELETED and that user will be Warned or Banned for 2 days/1 week/1month/lifetime.
Players and GM's Rules
Do not use any kind of cheats, hacks or exploits. Using any bug in your advantage is considered exploit. Do not spam or advertise in any channel. This will result IP ban forever with no right to get unbanned! Do not use bad language in any situation, channel or wisp. You will get banned. Insulting a GM results ban ip with no right to get unbanned! Do not wispp, invite, insult or beg GM's or Admins. Respect GM's and what they ask in certain situations. Do not attack GM's in any situation. If you attacked a GM by mistake and you don't stop after he asks you, your character will get banned for the next 12 hours. Respect GM's / Admins, they are in game to help! Spamming a Ticket with the same issue after you received an answer will result 12 hour ban on your character.
If a GM asks you to leave the GM island(s) or you arrived there by your self without being summoned by a gm will get your character banned for 3 hours.
Ninja-ing loot (ksing/changing loot to master) form mobs in or outside party/raid will result a permanent ban on your character with no right for to get unbanned.
This rules can be extended to certain situations.
If you donated you are not excused if you break any of this rules.
DONT WISP ADMIN ->BAN 2 DAYS<- IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM JUST MAKE A TICKET
DONT KILL PLAYERS WHIT LEVEL 1-80 ->BAN 2 DAYS<-(this rulle applys only in NON PVP area, for PVP areas killing under 80 is allowed--enter at your own risk)
AFTER LEVEL 80 PVP ITS A GUILD PROBLEM
Not respecting this rules will result kick, ban character, account or ip!
By entering the game you accept this rules.
We will not unban you except if you have proof that your ban is a GM abuse.
IMPORTANT: Don't bother us with "I didn't used any cheat" because we have logs!
Don't expect us to forgive you / or your little brother for any kind of cheat. Go use cheat/hacks elsewhere!
GM's RULES
No Giving out items, unless there is a more than valid reason. Don't give out spells that players are not supposed to have or are bugged Don't give out gold, WarStyle has trade logs. Don't .kill monsters or players, if a player is attacking you, tell them to stop if they dont, just .recall portplayer somewhere playername , to get them away. Don't add items to vendors, Devs take care of that! Don't remove items from vendors, unless it is there and is giving a unfair advantage to the players, such as if a warglaive of azzinoth was in a vendor and it is not supposed to be. GM Islands are for doing tickets,not a hang out with friends.if you want to hang out pick a nice spot and have a good time.just dont hang on the islands, its our work places Do Not PVP on your GM accounts, Leave your GM (tag) on at all times,just to be safe and not use spells or things on players Don't delete NPC's without a valid reason. DON'T RAID WITH PLAYERS! Do Tickets in a reasonable timed manor, dont delete the ticket because it is to big. Don't join Player Guilds, you are just allowed to join a Guild made for Staff. Don't kill NPCs. Don't help Players on your GM Characters. Don't add Items to Players, just StYle is allowed to do that. Just hang on Citys if you are doing a Ticket there, when you are finished go back to one of our GM Islands. Don't ask for Promotions. Don't insult Admins for Stuff or somethink like that. For Bans always take Proofs. When kicking or banning someone take care about what you write as reason, chose a good Sentence to clear Questions. Always use good English, never use Caps.
Disclaimer: These rules can be changed at any time. By accepting GM and logging in as one you automatly accept these Rules. You accept, that you can get fired or banned for unknown Time if you breake any Rule. Best regards to all players,

WarStYle Donation Terms
Please take a moment to review these rules detailed below. If you agree with them, then you may proceed with entering the website.
Please choose your items carefully! We will not swap, upgrade or transfer your items after you donate!
1. Refund Policy

WarStYle will not provide refunds under any circumstances. If you are banned, you will not get a refund. If you do not favor the service, you will not get a refund. If you unexpecedtly did not receive your donation award, and don't have any proof of your donation, you will not get a refund. You may appeal your donation refund on the forums, and we will review your case. But we 95% guarantee that you will receive your donation award. But if you're not ready to take these minute risks, please refrain from donation to WarStYle. It's not integral for you to donate, it's completely optional and at your own risk.
2. Donation Exchange

If you for any reason have your donation item damaged, broken, lost, etc... you will not receive an exchange unless you have opaque proof of your donation. You may present an un-edited screenshot of your donation receipt. You may also email your donation receipt to the Game Master assisting you in your donation award(s). The Game Master has the authority to replace your donation item if he feels the receipt you've presented is real.
3. Donation Rewards

When you donate to WarStYle, it is understood that you're actually "donating" at your own risk. Donation items are exclusively rewards for your consideration into donating to WarStYle. You're not paying for any service, you're donating to keep our servers up. We're not selling virtual items, when you donate, you take the risk(s) invovled in donating as listed in the "Refund Policy". We 100% guarantee you that all donations go for the maintenance for the website and servers.
4. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless, our subsidiaries, affiliates, related parties, officers, directors, employees, agents, independent contractors, advertisers, partners, and co-branders from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, that may be made by any third party, that is due to or arising out of your conduct or connection with this web site or service, your provision of Content, your violation of this Terms of Use or any other violation of the rights of another person or party.
