Hacker /Cheater

I dont know where else to put it in the forums but I was playing on the 1k realm and a guy by the name of Dreks came over to the No pvp mall. he had modded his scale to like .3 or something. He says he was a VIP. A friend and I told him prove it. We told him to test it in trade chat and he wasnt. so just thought id let the GMs and ADMINS know

i know is not my place to enter in this topic, but, i'm missing something? you saw this guy with his scale modded? or he modded his scale in front of you?
cus if he doesn't modded his scale in front of you, maybe an another VIP had modded it. i can see he's russian and some of them.. know lack o english...
