I have had a GM ticket up for 4.5 months. I have been awaiting items from a previous donation transaction and was to talk with GM Kop about it. I have yet to speak with him. I would also like to do further donations and would like some help regarding this. Thanks in advance.

Forsaker, rather than posting all the time, Kop has asked you to post the times you usually play and your time zone. Not to post here every time you decide to login..

Like that. Then Kop can arrange time to make sure he is on when you are likely to be on. I'm sure Kop doesn't check this thread each time he logs in.
A little common sense goes a long way.

Timezone: Eastern Standard (-5)
Times: 0900hrs - 1400hrs My Local time.
or
9:00AM - 2:00PM.
My alts are 4321DCBA, and 1234ABCD, ex.....

I understood what he means ariot. Thanks for being great at breaking it down and explaining it to me as I am lacking any sense whatsoever. And Ariot common sense does get you places but communication gets you even further....
And painful is 5 months of waiting for an explanation or compensation. I tend to be patient and civil and I will continue to do so.
My time has been from 4 am server to about 9 am server and on my days off it can be random. Logs can also tell that tale.
