Donation Problems

Hello!

Yesterday i have Donate for one Warstyle Coin with my Charakter "Deika". I wait till now, but
i don't have it.

With the formular on the side was all ok. I have the e-mail from
PayPal that it's Payed.

Please Help me!!!

If you don't get your coin soon, you'll probably want to file a Dispute Form through PayPal. Be sure to have proof that you paid.

i know the feeling im still waiting for mine also been over 2 weeks now

@taker2k2 2 weeks? I'd definately try to file a dispute if you went through PayPal... again, make sure you can back the dispute up though.

I already have a dispute open, style messaged me on 24th through dispute saying sorry and i would get my coin but havent gotten it yet, am waiting till i do get it to cancel dispute

This is just wrong!
You should have gotten your coin automatically.
Are you sure you've written acc name and char name correctly. Because if so, you should have gotten them...

Dunno what to say from here... When I donate I always wait for the little X where you type in your toon's name to turn to a little green checkmark before I hit the donate button. I've never waited longer than 5mins for my donation items to come through. I hope you get your coins.

I'm waiting now for over a week later I finally get my time donor reward for what I paid, which I was properly controlled and charged by PayPal and transferred. usually how long is the wait time until finally announces a server admin with one?

where I recently spoke with one of the GMS, he meant the automatic donation system once again had a crash in the moment where I had donated and the system did not know where the coin. seems surely to be more crap like the server itself.

lol this is ridiculous when I donate on VIP + 10 coin + bambina I got all things direct :S no problem's .......... are you sure you write the right name?

All donations are automatic, as long as you, TYPE YOUR NAME CORRECT the donation site does not have a translator - or a Auto correct system if you miss spell your name, so please, double, and TRIPLE check your name when you donate so the admins don't have to get on to give them to you, because they are really busy in the past months. thank you, now i suggest if you did misspell your name to make a ticket, and also email admin style via the donor email.

All above advice is good. However, I personally (based on my own experience) would not bother using warstyle@ymail.com for anything due to the fact that I am waiting on a reply from style on an email I sent a month ago at the very least. Infact I sent two seperate emails at seperate times and have not heard a reply yet... Anyway, I do hope you get all the items you donated for. =)
