Warstyle donation problem

I payed Warstyle coin today about 2-3 hourse ago, but i didn't get warstyle coin.
Help me please admin!

An important thing to do when You donate for coins is to first type your character name, and then click on the small arrow to the right of the line where is says coin, (the curtain to choose). When that is clicked, the program checks for the name and you can see a green icon to the right of the char name. Then there should be no problem getting a coin in your mail within 4 minutes. I have done this about 30 times, and not once did I have to wait for my coin.
