Dragonhanter and vip KorVa report.

I got permission from galensvensk and jailed Dragonhanter for 1.5 hours for ccing a level 19 char of mine. Then he got out of jail like nothing happened. BRUINS jailed him after it and he got out again. And i jailed him again. Then he got out. And when i app to him He was at the spawn place of King Of WarStyle. The only vip around there was: KorVa. When i asked him if he summoned or not. He answered me with gibberish Russian.I dont have screens but:
1-Garzar see him CC.
2-I got permission from GALENSVENSK(Jussi)
3-BRUINS jailed him also.

He needs a ban.
