Falling Cannot unstuck No help for it.

Hi i am new here im not sure how to use the trade chat option.

But 3 of my characters have falling through the world they keep falling /g #unstuck does not work.

I have put in gm tickets but i dont feel like sitting there waiting for hours while they aren't responded to.

Its all because of that Hadronox spider mob keeps pulling me underground. I suggest removing it, im regretting playing here because of this mob i fear others will to, because i cannot respawn i just keep falling i end up making a new character, But then it happens again

I type .rez but keep falling..

Any fix for this? so i can continue playing here...
