wow and nick names with strange symbols

days ago I saw a russian wow player with russian letters in his nickname on warstyle wow,
now I want try to make a nickname with russian letters to if the server comes online

could someone tell me what I need to make one?
(russian wow client or is the language package enough)?
because I can only make nick names with: a,b,c,d,e,f,g,h,i,j,k,l,m,n,o,p,q,r,s,t,u,v,w,x,y,z

Have you tried alt codes like Alt+Numbers from numpad it gives you letters like Ð im not sure if thats what you want but you can just look up alt codes on google
