Where Are Meta Gems?

Well i see a lot of people using them, but how do i get them?

I can't learn Jewelcrafting since it's greyed out when i try to train it.

So how do i go about making them?

Well The answer is very Simple. Outside Shattrah, You Saw these vendors like "mounts" etc. look for these that claim to be sayed "Gemstone" or something Like that. Tehere should stand Three vendors

1. With normal crystals
2. With crystals of +20 stamina and +15 agality. As well He has Meta gems
3. Only for JC.
