800k Mana Cap

On the 1000 server, my lv 600+ Shaman (Dekriba) has had a maximum mana of 800k for, like, 300 levels. I see others with 2000k+ mana. It's not that I need it, just seems odd. Anyone else have this? Is it supposed to be this way?

Well my paladin and my friends priest have 800k mana but its not that big of a problem cuz your mana regenerates really fast so dont worry.
