I would definately suggest making a ticket in game, and POSSIBLY sending style a mail in game.

Also,
When you next login, look at the bottom right of your screen, theres a red question mark by your backpacks..
Click that, then click on "talk to a GM", then "Make a ticket" and describe the issue
