    This level 72 ran by me like nothing and was casting chaos bolt with no haste and no CD multiple times. He cleared out this area before I could even find the 'print-screen' button on my keyboard.

    TinyToe is a ingame VIP that has no cooldown and no casttime,
    with fly and speed commands. Smile but thz for the report
