Unban request

Hi sir gm's,My character name Cina ( 500 level gnome mage ),im beginner in server but played 7 24 time.I went the event map for the first time and 1000 lvl horde's attack and kill me.

And i kill 400 level 1 horde and give banned :S why ? im sorry all server,I did not know that the ban.Please unlock my character
